Sharing and collaboration are foundations of everything in the era of interconnection. CAWE creates a wonderful international exchange stage through their colorful activities and expands the exchange platform for outstanding entrepreneurs. While continuously enriching, the association contributes to the society with its staff members by participating in public welfare so as to create more and more opportunities for female compatriots sharing the glory of success.

学习培训Training and Learnin

围绕女企业家在改革发展、结构调整、转型升级、信息化应用、企业管理等方面的需求，举办系列专题报告、政策解读、信息化应用、现代管理等专题论坛、讲座、培训班，促进女企业家紧跟形势、把握政策、学习知识、提升素质，进一步提升女企业家和企业创新发展的竞争能力。

To meet women entrepreneurs’demands in reform and development, restructuring, transformation and upgrading, application of information technology as well as enterprise management, series thematic reports, policy interpretation, application of information technology and modern management and other thematic forums, seminars, training courses are held to promote women entrepreneurs to understand the policy, learn knowledge and enhance quality in order to further enhance their competitive ability in business innovation and development.

沟通交流Communication and exchange

以增进了解、合作共赢为着眼，搭建沟通交流平台，推动团体会员、企业家及会员企业之间交流互动，结交朋友，寻找项目，对接资源，洽谈合作，学习借鉴，开阔视野，共谋企业未来发展之路。

With the aim of enhancing understanding, cooperation and win-win, the association devotes itself to building communication and exchange platform, promoting interaction between team members, entrepreneurs and member enterprises, enabling them to plan the road for future development by making friends, exploring projects, docking resources, collaborating and broadening horizons.

经贸合作Economic and trade cooperation

搭建国际交流合作平台，组织女企业家走出国门，参加联合国可持续发展大会、委员会会议、非政府组织年会、全球妇女峰会，以及国际性、区域性、双边和多边经贸洽谈，助力女企业家拓宽合作渠道，展露风采、扩大中国女企业家的知名度和影响力。

To build a platform for the international exchanges and cooperation, the association has enacted a series of activities, such as organizing women entrepreneurs to go abroad, participating in the Sustainable Development Conference of the United Nation, Committee meeting, annual meeting of non-governmental organizations, summit meeting of global women, as well as international, regional, bilateral and multilateral trade negotiations. Thereby it helps women entrepreneurs expand their popularity and influence through enlarging cooperation channels and exposing their presence.

企业发展Enterprise development

企业健康持续发展是企业家的根本追求，也是中国女企业家协会服务工作的出发点和落脚点。30多年的不懈努力、拼搏、奋斗，中国女企业家协会的会员企业敢为人先，勇于实践，大胆创新，不断推动企业持续发展壮大，蓬勃发展，涌现出一大批行业的领跑者和佼佼者。

   Healthy sustainable development is the fundamental pursuit of entrepreneurs, and also the starting point and foothold of CAWE. With more than 30 years of unremitting efforts, struggle and endeavor, member entrepreneurs have always been the first and bravest role to practice and innovate, continuously promoting sustainable as well as vigorous development, and producing a large number of leaders and strong performers.  

社会责任Social responsibilities

鼓励女企业家响应号召、发挥优势、履行责任、回报社会。配合全国妇联等部门，支持女企业家创业创新；培育女企业家的大爱之心，积极参与社会公益事业，关心帮助社会弱势群体，展现女企业家及其企业的社会责任与担当。

The association encourages women entrepreneurs to respond to the call of the CPC, play the advantage to fulfill their responsibilities and return to the society. Cooperating with All-China Women’s Federation and other departments, the association presents women entrepreneurs’responsibilities and undertakings by supporting women entrepreneurs’innovation, promoting their active- participation in public welfare and caring for vulnerable groups.

评先表彰Appraising and awarding

开展“杰出创业女性”“双优”系列评选活动，激励广大女企业家在与祖国共奋进的改革创新发展实践中建功立业；大力宣扬优秀女企业家及其企业在改革创新、转型发展中的先进事迹和成功经验，提升女企业家的影响力和企业品牌认知度。

The association stimulates women entrepreneurs to make contributions to the motherland in the practice of the progressive reform and innovation development by carrying out “outstanding women entrepreneurs”and “double excellence” series of activities. Furthermore, it devotes to enhance the influence of women entrepreneurs and the enterprise brand cognition by propagating the great achievements and successful experiences of those outstanding women entrepreneurs and their enterprises vigorously during the reform and innovation, transformation and development.

调查研究Research and investigation

关注女企业家持续发展问题，注重调查研究，对女企业家及企业基本状况、生产经营开展实地考察，倾听女企业家的心声与诉求，编撰中国女企业家发展报告，积极向有关部门建言献策；整合资源，为解决女企业家关注的问题提供针对性服务。

The association has been paying attention to the sustainable development of women entrepreneurs, in such aspects as carrying out field visits of women entrepreneurs, their enterprises’ general situation and operating conditions, listening to women entrepreneurs’ aspirations and demands , carrying out the Chinese Women Entrepreneurs Development Report and providing suggestions to relevant departments. Thereby the association can integrate resources, and offer targeted services.
